Our customers come from US (70%), EU (20%) and others (10%). They communicate with YouNet by email (90%) and phone (10%). Phone communication is for development projects while product selling and supporting use mostly email/web-based communication.We now expand business of consulting and development of social network as well as other businesses so we need Business Representative to help us as a bridge between customers and YouNet Vietnam.This position staff has much chance to work with us long term with many positions in the near future.

• Understand YouNet’s products and services
• Understand YouNet work models, including pros and cons of both work

• Ability to understand customers’ requirements and the ability to help and guide customers with their requirement specs.
• Ability to create a Knowledge Base for Sales/Support in the ticket system
• Phone accessible (Customers will call company’s Google Voice number, which is then forwarded to your phone.
• Ability to contact client using Google Voice (using company’s number and for tracking purpose- requires an Android phone or access to a computer)
• Skype availability (chat or voice) (Will use company SkypeID. This is actually the main communication channel, a lot of customers contact us thru this channel)
• Google Voice access is needed to check for voice mail, view miss call, or call clients
